Thank you for sharing your perspective. I understand there's a lack of nightlife in the area, and it can be difficult for students and visitors to find places to socialize and have fun. It would be great to have more options for people to gather and enjoy their time. On the other hand, traffic can be challenging, especially during peak hours, and it can take longer to reach specific destinations. Regarding the Mexican food, I agree that there are some excellent options in the area. Thank you for the video, and I appreciate your suggestion about using a lav mic for better audio quality next time.

I appreciate the feedback, definitely some limited options for all. I wonder if money was invested would the population support more entertainment venues? Heading down Broadway on a Saturday is must avoid now, it seems.

Traffic overall in Tyler is fairly easy except for South Broadway at certain times of day when it is basically bumper-to-bumper for miles

As a con, don't forget paying through the nose for extremely low quality water. Tyler water bills are egregiously high for what you actually get.

I’ve been watching so many videos and researching because I’ve been told is a ghost town don’t move here the crime is horrible it’s racist…. I’m moving from Arkansas to texas😂😂😂 doesn’t sound to far of a difference. But I’ve heard some good too. Hopefully I get more good than anything.
