@simulatedrainn25 күн бұрын
the suburb is the world, clean and normal. the sky starts bright and peaceful with clouds and as the flames(igor's madness and unchecked jealousy) spread, everything becomes ruined and destroyed and ends with his self destruction at the end. he can't have what he wants so he takes everything with him. the set itself also strikes me as igor's mental made manifest; at one time held together, then all too quickly falling apart. his mind shattered with his world

Tyler bringing to stage such talented singers like him. Loving every second of this performance.

Tyler probably is the best live rapper ever. He's got so much energy and he throws such fascinating performances. I would do almost anything to go to a Tyler The Creator show. Most rappers just rap over themselves on a backtrack and just kind of bob around on stage, they hardly even hype their crowd. They don't throw actual performances.

Alexander the entire album is about a Tyler falling into an unhealthy relationship where he falls deeply in love with one of his friends, this song is what happens when his ego(personified as IGOR) starts to take over his mind and threatens to kill his friend’s girlfriend or kill them both unless he chooses to come out as gay. He eventually sees the bigger picture and no longer wants to be a puppet to his friends love while still being being companions. tbh if you believe in any of that satanic superstars stuff Tyler is the person you have to worry about the least( kzbin.info/www/bejne/maOQgZJ5lrOlhZI ) this song is just a representation of the effects an unhealthy relationship with someone can have on one’s mind.
