you're not lying when you said singed is a difficult champion to play. people often get mistaken that "singed is easy, he just runs around with ult and poison turned on, using E off cooldown" but fail to recognize how difficult his laning phase is. Singed is not a champion with a kit that has some sort of dash that can get him out of tough situations. that's why proxy farming is a thing with singed 'cos sometimes a matchup is so unplayable, you just have to farm behind enemy towers.

At 15:30 i think that even if a champ can proxy, it is a problem if they don't have an exist strategy. For singed your posion is a very good exist strategy "and fling if u cleared 2 waves" because enemies chasing you dying to poison is technically an exist strategy. I don't see how can a sion or a nunu exist if collapsed on
