I'd be willing to bet that he burns a shit ton of calories from the stress of streaming and playing league for 12 hours a day not joking. Same thing with chess players, they burn a shit ton of calories on match day because of the stressors of competition. Of course he also works out but he doesn't do cardio very often meaning he's not burning a ton of calories just by lifting. He's also super muscular so he burns more calories just by living. The pizza is probably 1500 calories, the kitkat is probably 300 calories. 1800 calories isn't terrible, average man needs 2500 calories a day to maintain.
