Animation concept idea was hella dope, how they made the players into their mains, absolutely loved it. The song i’d agree though it’s a bit mediocre and not ‘iconic’. It’s still amazing nonetheless.

So yeah my theory is that this is not so much about the quality of the song but about nostalgia. it was sick, but i think in terms of visuals, and the fact that this has both amazing 2D and 3D animations puts it above take it over for me, i'm also not a big fan of take it over compared to some other songs we had in the past so take my opinion with a grain of salt, i think both are good, this video's visuals carried it, but the song wasn't terrible, just generic.
