Something worth noting is that one of the complaints made about the Awaken cinematic; being the lack of 'oomph' (or wow) moments seemed to be addressed quite nicely in Warriors and The Call, as they both had more notable 'wow' to them. The earlier cinematics were so unbelievably good it's actually inspiring. First one made me want to one-trick Sion and play some Jhin on the side. The second one almost made me tear up because of the CHARACTERS; the Lux beam, the Vi-clutch. The third one wasn't as good by any means but it's incredible that they made an edgelord seem FUCKING CRACKED. The fourth cinematic made me realize that a Souls-like game set in the League of Legends Universe would be the most insane thing ever. The final cinematic made me hopeful that they'll come out in the 2nd split of the season, and tell us it was an out-of-season April Fool's joke, and give us something beautiful.
