@@amel_lemouri As long as you sleep 8hs a day, eat 3-4 meals with sufficient calories (he obviously does) and work out 1-2hs every other day, you're going to be healthy. Think that playing games and entertaining people is his job and most people work for 8-9hs plus 2hs of commute (the unhealthiest part is going to work and coming back). So not only does He work as long as most people do, but He probably doesn't stress himself out nearly as much.
