I've been going tear on smolder on my 1st back (usually sheen+tear) and manamune 2nd feels amazing! It feels like night+day damage and I can flex my 3rd to either rapidfire if I need range or navori if my team can protect me. I do 1/2 of an adcs healthbar with my Q and once I have 225 stacks I've 1-shot a few people!
