Something to think about, screen in your roof top deck. You will be so glad you did. No bugs! You can leave the doors open for a nice breeze and no bugs and the animals can go in and out safely for fresh air. I screened mine in years ago and it was the best decision. Love your home you are creating. I always look forward to the video each Sunday!

I often think of doing that with my balcony. It wouldn’t just stop the bugs, it would also stop the pigeons (this year they laid eggs in a flower pot and kept trying to build their nests on the balcony) as well as the leaves from the adjacent trees falling onto my balcony in autumn. I’m just not sure my landlord would agree to it and how expensive it would be.

I already follow Darcy and Jeremy, but as an older straight woman, I highly recommend them! Please stop making me hungry on a day I need to get to the store. Lucky for us, we only live 17 miles from town! Living in the woods is fabulous, and I highly recommend it! I was just introduced to 30% vinegar. I'm waiting for my Amazon Driver, so I can spray the mold off the side of our house with no sun. It's also fabulous for weeding and cleaning. All very diluted, of course. Happy Anniversary!!! Seems to me that this is similar to 'hanging' wallpaper or window film...where you use a squeege or roller to flatten a short area at a time as you pull down the release paper slowly. do not get too far ahead with the release paper, or bubbles will form. I used to hang wallpaper, and had my own window film business (ancient history) so I know that this works. Smoothing it out with your hands after pulling the release paper down a lot means instant bubbles!

Its that stair tower that drew me to your site when Max and Occy flashed some images of it on their channel. You may have thought of this and it may appear later in your video. I live in a house where the original owner insulated it really well and made it air tight so if I loose electricity in winter I won’t freeze. It holds the heat really well BUT and this is a very big but! It can be dangerous because fresh air is not flowing in all the time so I installed separate air filters to clean the air really well. It makes a great difference. AI don’t get cooking odors or pet odors, but the air always smells fresh and clean! It makes it so wonderful.
