Dude I'm Mexican also, born, raised and living here all my life. I have a lot of relatives with obesity and diabetes and their consequences; and I can say without a doubt, that is a personal choice. All of this sickness and the consumption of sodas is the responsibility of every individual. Is just a matter of choices. The same way they choose coca cola, they can choose simple water or mineral water, or a tea... But people ADORE their sugar and the dope they get every time they consume it. Stop blaming companies, is the responsibility of every individual.

Coca cola's greed? No. It's your choice, people can choose to buy water instead of coke and coca-cola will benefit even more when people buying Ciel water instead of coke. It's cost even less to produce water bottle compare to coke. Also, blame your government as well, what are their actions? Instead of educating people about the bad side of Coke they Increase sugar tax, because more tax benefit the government while educating people cost real resource and money. I see people in video believe diabetes cause by anger in the family instead of the sugar in coke, and coke even take a role in their spiritual life, I can see either the government's effort to educate people failed or they don't even put any effort into that at all. And after the news of government instead of solving the root problem like wiping crime lord/cartel that cause harm to their lemon farmer all they can do is send police to protect the farmers. And that Alien thing few month ago, I have reason to doubt this government.

Tyler your Spanish is excellent keep it the informative and truthful documentaries. 👍My mom’s part of the family is from Mexico and I can speak for a fact that water is not as accessible compared to the USA. When traveling there, we often purchase the water bottles from company owned by the infamous Coke cola company. Sadly, my family residing in Mexico certainly drinks large amounts of soft drinks, mainly Coke. The horrible side effects are clearly present in my family members. Coke and soft drinks are regularly consumed for parties and big events. It is an insult if coke bottle is not available on the table. Every town we visited had some sort of Coke cola advertisement. It’s literally everywhere there is no escape. We should make easily accessible to purchase and attain water just like water in the USA. These greedy companies need to stop, but that is sadly not going to happen. It like a parasite 🦠.

Tastes like soda but actually healthier. I refused to drink soda entirely until like high school (bc school clubs only had soda to drink). Now I have it on occasion. As someone with so many family members with diabetes in Mexico. I’d have to say lack of education pertaining to nutrition, and poverty go hand in hand. My family also thought diabetes was just genetic. But telling family members to stop drinking coke seemed like an offense because it’s something we’re so accustomed to. From going to the closest mini market, the taco stand close by or a party. You’ll most likely see a stack of coke bottles. Even with the labels they have on all the packaging it’s hard to inform family how devastating it can be to their health in the long run. In general most foods we eat are heavy. There’s no balance with fruits or vegetables. My grandpa passed away from diabetes before I was born. My father is prediabetic. I went to visit my husband’s country, Guatemala, and it’s the same issue. Babies drinking coke had me in shock! My girls are under 10ys old and were also shocked. My grandmother would be surprised in the amount of water they consumed. She questioned why they drank so much water. She complained that water didn’t have a good taste. It’s heartbreaking to see little ones following this pattern and will grow up getting diseases. 😢

I did an experiment to tell people I don't drink coke and refues it everytime and see how many times I get offered it compared to water when I was down there for a week a year ago, I was offered coke like 30+ times and offered water like 3 times despite how much I kept saying I only wanted water, its crazy man.

I've also heard that drinking diet coke actually is worse than drinking normal one due to sweeteners, because your body still thinks that you are consuming sugar, resulting in insullin resistance (I cannot really remember the source, and I've heard it a while ago, so take that with a grain of salt, also also - the papers mentioned in first paragraph and second paragraph assume that you are drinking coke in normal amounts)

People should call out organizations for putting essentially poison into their products eg red 40, seed oils, etc to name a few. they put all these ingredients that are terrible for your body in and then label them as “healthy” when they definitely aren’t, and that goes for nearly every product you see out there and is probably a leading factor in why there’s diabetes everywhere. And just as you mentioned, exercise is only a small factor and diet lays a bigger role in causing diabetes

No, you should not drink Coke (cola) and hand sanitizer together or separately. Here are the reasons why: Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer contains alcohol and other chemicals that are not safe for consumption. Ingesting hand sanitizer can cause alcohol poisoning, which can be very dangerous and even life-threatening, especially in large quantities. Coke (Cola): While drinking Coke in moderation is generally safe for consumption, it should not be mixed with hand sanitizer or consumed with the intention of neutralizing or counteracting any potential effects of hand sanitizer ingestion. Health Risks: Mixing or consuming hand sanitizer can lead to serious health risks, including poisoning and damage to internal organs. It is important to use hand sanitizer as directed for external use only and avoid ingestion. If you have accidentally ingested hand sanitizer or have concerns about ingestion, seek medical advice immediately. It's important to follow proper safety guidelines and use products as intended to ensure your health and well-being.
