I am an Orthopedic surgeon..I have found your shoulder cap useless as there is nothing to hold it's ribbon down on opposite side ..If you tighten it to give good hold on shoulder,the ribbon slips upwards towards opposite axilla.So,please improve the design so that the ribbon strap passes through some buckle made on the chest part of the immobiliser and stays there obliquely down.
