I lift a pair of dumbbells over my head on the right shoulder get a pain and it stopped me lifting it right over my head. I have just started to use a brace my shoulder still aches with the brace on. Would it be ok to still lift as heavy as i can and train just as hard if I didn't injure my shoulder with the brace on.

This is the 2nd time I’ve dislocated my shoulder after my 2nd shoulder surgery, 6 dislocations total over 3 years. I really hope this helps me keep it in socket until I get my 3rd surgery

Guys even I had met with the shoulder dislocation and the doctor recommended me to go to the gym after 4 to 5 months but there is chance of recurring shoulder dislocations, please tell can can this be worn during workout and do the same level of gym training??

Looks like it requires lot of shoulder movement which may be difficult for someone with an injured shoulder.
