First Time Reacting to Roseanne Barr Standup - A woman's 28 day cycle!

Roseanne Barr's original series in the 80s/90s is one of my favorite comedies ever and her character Roseanne Conner in my top tier of TV comedy characters. Even though she wasn't as experienced an actor as the rest of the cast, Barr brilliantly injected her comic persona into her character while at the same time feeling like a believable working class mother. Barr won an Emmy for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series around the halfway point of the series and years later was honored with TV Land's female comedy icon award. A lot of 80s/90s sitcoms were very clean cut, but Roseanne's show was very gritty and really portrayed the realistic struggles of a lower middle/working class family. There was an authenticity to Roseanne's show that made it a cut above the standard sitcoms of that era.

A younger comic that the dudes might be familiar with is the late Trevor Moore. His "High In Church" and "What About Mouthwash?" skits are freakin' hilarious! Also, if you guys ever react to movies, I have two suggestions: "Smokey and the Bandit" and " What's Up Doc?" from the 70s. You'll be rolling with laughter!

If a woman’s personality is ‘live wire’, boisterous and easy to anger, chances are strong she’s gonna be that way x10 on her cycle. Same if she’s a more quiet, shy and subdued personality…she’s not gonna be as demonstrative or vocal her time of the month.

Well this is a sad revelation. I think you have a really enjoyable channel but it's clear now that you never, EVER respond to your viewer comments. I'm 70yo. I love your conversation around these older shows but it's become painfully clear that you never, ever respond to the comments!! So, you want us to care but you don't care about us. That's fine but what you get is a "view/click" but no thumbs up. No comment. No Patreon and no subscriber. Nobody gets something for nothing. Good luck to you and such a shame to lose you over this.
