actually armour aint that much of a deal in toptier (if u shoot the weakspots ) speed and reload rate matters

no joke, Type 90 is somehow way more survivable than an Abrams from my experience playing both. Armor isn't good on paper, but I've had multiple occasions where I ate top tier APFSDS shells while barely taking any damage. Even been accused of hacks after a challenger 2 penned my front 4 times, while I just sat there waiting for my breech and engine to repair.

1. Im suprised you didnt mention the suspension can counterract the lack of depression 2. I feel that what you were trying to convey is that the Type 90 is a great tank but has a steep learning curve.

I thought the same. The suspension being able to raise the back allowing more depression over hills is HUGE.

Yes but on the other hand its also like middle ground of new player friendly the fast reload makes good follow up shots but the bad pen makes it so you learn where to pen

I feel that you missed the amazing suspensions here. Yes the tank can be lowered and raised BUT you can also pick where to lower or raise the tank. If you are on a sharp hill, the front of the tank can be independently lowered to INCREASE depression. Or you are on a hill that has a sharp left sided climb, you can lift the BACK LEFT left of the tank to again, gain depression where most tanks wouldn’t be able to use this area of the map. The suspension I think got overlooked in this video, there are multiple ways it can be used to establish new shot angles on maps. Otherwise GREAT video. Love it ❤ I’m going to be buying this tank for sure with your code ❤

I mean for good reason, Japan isn't exactly flat. Of course the Type 10 is the most ideal tank for them since it's lighter, but it's newer so not as many have been made. In every video I've seen, the whole point of the Type 10 was to cross bridges and structures the Type 90 CAN'T cross on its own

I have not realy any Problem with the JM33 but thats maby because i automaticly aim for weakspots. And when u only can shot the best armored parts u alwas can aim for the gun. I also have found that sometimes APFSDS will just kill commander or gunner with out doing any more damage and then u can shred you enemys. You can use the hydropneumatic Suspension to lower the overall hight of your vehicle. Nice Video❤ I personaly like all the japanese MBTs but for some reason I like the Type 90 more than the Type 10 or TKX/ TKX (P)

as someone who has 60% + wr on the type 90. Its good, or at least it used to be a lot better. Something to keep in mind, the type90 made massive sacrifices in pretty much all aspects to get a 4s reload. The Abrams has slightly worse mobility and way better firepower, combined with a massive survivability advantage, plus a bunch of advantages in soft stats. Something similar can be said about the Leclerc. If you are going to spend $70 on it better be prepared to deal with the sacrifices made to get a fast reload. (since that isn't much of an advantage anymore)

Nah, this tank dwarfs almost any Abrams. I'm a Japan main and I have almost the whole tree (missing SPAA), and it's just such a different experience from US. I love the Abrams as a tank but it's so God awful in WT. I hate playing that thing. It feels like I get one shotted in an Abrams just as much as a Type 10, but I'm not gaining ANYTHING. Like you said, at least the Type 10 has 4 second rld, 630mm pen shell, and suspension to make up for gun depression. The Abrams is just a sad excuse for a tank in that game. I wish they'd do it justice and make it more survivable. Even in Ukraine, most Abrams crews LIVE. You can see one that got hit by a KORNET in the side and the driver was the only one who died. Everyone else escaped and lived. I know I just coped hard asf, but I'm tired of the US getting shit on so much. I have Japan, Germany, and now Sweden at top tier. ALL OF THEM are much better than the US. Ridiculous.

Another way to look at this pack, is that the tank cost 25$. 25$ worth of GE is included, and 25$ worth of Premium is included. So 25$ each 3 different gains from this pack. However you can’t buy the tank individually for 25$. But if you’re buying premium you might as well buy this pack.

I loved the tech tree Type90 and did very well. I love flaking tactics. Amazing mobility vs Type 10. I thought it was pretty survivable. Gave me my only 10 kill game.

Compared with "clickbait", type 90 is so bad with only 0.3 br lower. HOWEVER, due to this, type 90 can go bash old 10.0 prems, yet "clickbait" cant. Well, the best is still leo2a4 prem, which opaf at 10.3 and always downtier to 10.0.

I havent played any 11.0 yet since I only have the german tech three fully researched but it seemed like 11.0 would mostly face down tier before this release. I think it being released as a prem is a heavy nerf to it since otherwise its literally a leo 2a4 that does everything better than it.

I was worried too, but the centurion at 11.3 gets pretty good down tiers too. A lot of people take 12.7 jets into games and leave 11.3 and below to reap the benefits.

Nah bro it's not the same, long time Japan main here, back in January of 2024 11.0 Japan was god tier, like 9/10 games were down tiers, now I don't know what's happened but like half to a quarter of your games are uptiers and in a meta of spall liners and tanks like the Strv 122 it really struggles. Though personally I still consistently get 1st place in uptiers just because of my experience with the Type 90 and by extension the Type 10. Edit: Also the 2a4 is way better than the type 90 relative to BR since yes, it is essentially a better 2a4 but at the cost of being 11.0, which can be underwhelming at times.

to sum it down if your a new player i wouldnt recommend this due to lack of armor n bad optics n not the greatest round. but if your an experienced player then go for it meaning you got top tier in at least one nation so yk your ways around stuff like bad armor n bad gunner optics as well knowing weakspots too utilize the rather low pen of the jm33

Dude. Every 10.0 game is an uptier to 11.0 where those fuji are. 4 sec reload, crazy mobility, great survivability (Lots of open space), great gun handling plus the armour in downtiers which is the only thing it gets. Screams OP

@@chris10000 Before Fuji was added, I had never encountered any type 90 tank ever when playing 10.0 - 10.3. Now every game is against 5 fuji and the rest premium Christian 2 and the leo 2 premium for Germany and its 80% loss rate for my USSR 10.0 and US 10.3
