I read that he lost many loved ones around the time this album was written. It definitely comes through in the lyrics, and the music. This album has gotten me through a lot of times like that too. Knowing me is bad. Everyone seems to end up dead.

@@psychedelicfright85 I totally feel you there. Lost so many in the last 3 years and also though out my life. When I was 5 years old I lost my Uncle Vick on Thanksgiving day, He was killing a turkey for us and dropped dead of a heart attack, a widower maker. That is one that happens very fast, no time. As a teenager I lost so so many friends many in front of my eyes. I have PTSD very bad. God bless you. Dusty the 2nd.
