The reds look amazing on this monitor. I never knew how lacking my reds were on my colour calibrated LG monitor. They look orange by comparison. They needed toning down on this as they were too strong, but the reds look the most red red can possibly look. Like really blood red. And in HDR it's even more noticeable. Shame the menu sucks with it asking you to confirm and if you are sure when you just want to turn HDR on and off. Should be a dedicated button or auto detect

Please look into the MSI MAG401QR. Its a 40 inch ultrawide that looks similar to the Innocn 40 inch, but its cheaper at $430. Theres almost no reviews about it. I would love to see your review on it

I do not recommend the Gigabyte, today I am in the process of returning it under warranty, as it came defective, searching you can find hundreds of people who have problems with that same monitor, unfortunately I did not look hard enough before buying it.

@@Redgfxr I tried the asus briefly and the colors were garbage, yellows completely warped, so I ended up getting this one instead. It's a little bit iffy and i can't tell if I just got a return or something, but overall it's decent and the image is nice.

Take the LG better response times across the refresh range. IE better response times at 60hz, 120hz and the max refresh rate.

Unless you can get this monitor for sub $150 I think you should just add $50 to the MSRP of this monitor and get a 1440p 165hz monitor.
