I ordered a G70A from the official samsung site and i received a G70B says on the sticker on the back and on PC connected with a certified DisplayPort Cable (not the default one in the box) it also says G70B in my nvidia control panel. The weird thing is when I google G70B i only see 32inches but mine is a G70B 28inch. Samsung is so confusing...

Samsung is so weird, i ordered a G70A 28 inch for 420eu from the official samsung website, but when I look at the model number on the back it says G70B, and on PC connected with a VESA Certified DisplayPort Cable it also says G70B, i'm so confused by all of this, i'm going to contact Samsung about this to be sure I have all the features i researched for.

As for your "overheating" theory, a black screen is not the results of it over heating. The back panel is part of the cooling, think of your phone how the back of it will heat up. It dissipates the heat and if it's warm, it's doing it's job. IF the monitor overheats, it results in a shutdown. Next time you think it's overheating, just hit the info button on your remote and the OSD will still pop up. For the black screening, this is very common and it's all over Samsung's forums in both US and EU and this is the biggest issue I'm having with this monitor. Sometimes it will only go black for two seconds, sometimes the image won't come back at all. I sometimes also get the Windows device disconnect and reconnect tone when this happens. If the image doesn't come back, I either have to unplug and plug back in the DisplayPort cable or go into game bar and change to 16:9 then back to 32:9. My other issue is I cannot view my BIOS, and my motherboards splash screen on start up doesn't display either. I found out that the EDID does not support most BIOS resolutions, which is why it won't display. The workaround is to enable PBP, which is an inconvenience and not acceptable for a "gaming monitor".

Personally...i don't want to have to worry about burn in...I've bought 2 top-tier OLED monitors and returned them....I'm good with my ips panel

I use the same Monitor, clearType fixed my text issues and with optimized (correct) picture settings, you don't have any visible dirt effects at all. Only if you sit 20cm in front of it. I have a LG TV with a glossy panel, but for pc i like matt coating more. If you like more a glossy panel, there a clear screenprotector for monitors, it reduce the matt coating a lot.

What about the colour calibration?..... Does Dell P3223DE display too much green colour and not enough red? The screen is not perfect as you say on this video. I want to buy P3223DE 2K but it is the same screen as QE but lower resolution.

My experience with G93SC was so far flawless. Black screen - effects both G93SC amd G95SC, BUT if you roll back G93SC to 1.5.2 or lower - there will be no issue. (Mine came with that firmware) I didn't encounter overheating with G93SC, but to be fair my room never got over 35c, so maybe if you live in hotter place's it will be a problem. About OS non smartTV G93SC doesn't have problems mentioned, I can easily change resolution refresh rate. Unfortunately some genius in Samsung though that smartTV is good idea - but at least we have a choice.

Hey so i bought this monitor and have hooked up to my rx 6800xt but the monitor on goes up to 120hz. How do i make it go to 240hz while on my pc? In windows settings it does not give me the option to go to 240hz only 120hz? Any help would be appreciated.

you forgot to add this moniter is not compatable with apple macbook pro m3 i have i been struggling and wasted months on this monitor it does not work with my apple laptop and nobody is sayin this online
