as someone who loves animation i'm glad you called out the "um ackchully" hyper critics because they say some whack shit. like some goofy really said to me the Wano arc is poorly animated because of how "choppy it looks" and early One Piece was animated better because it was "more on model" and i was like bruh it's "choppy" because it's frame by frame animation so there's a new drawing almost every millisecond, and the reason early One Piece was "more on model" was because they would draw something once and compensate with tons of camera pans.
