I don't ship any straw hats outside of Usopp and Kaya but the next closest ship would be Nami with Luffy because there were subtle hints such as Luffy getting a nose bleed when he saw nami naked but with boa he didn't care. Also their interaction on Drum island was precious. People tend to ship boa and Luffy which don't make sense to me as it's so one sided.
