Great But just one thing which i read was that not all the constitutional amendment bills need special majority.. Some may be passed by simple majority.. In article 3 simple majority is needed but an exception to art. 3 says that cases of cession or accesion needs special majority.. Pls clarify sir

if financial bill is introduced by the prior recommedation of president then the president role of passing bill is same as ordinary bill or money bill?

But bro in Laxmikant book there is mention that “president can withhold the money bill” but cannot send back.

Yess he can withhold money bill...and here withholding means rejection of bill...this provision is present bcoz even if bill is introduced with president's prior recommendation, members have a chance to make changes to their advantage during the second reading....
