The Professor does a perfect job of filtering a very complex topic down to the most essential fundamentals required to understand it. That is what you call a “teacher”.

It's truly remarkable how subtly effective, yet amazingly complex and diverse our immune system is. Thanks, Professor Dave. I knew this was going to be a fun series when you started it some weeks ago. Looking forward to the next installment!

Many autoimmune triggers can be eliminated with proper nutrition. To reduce the inflammatory response, stop eating refined sugars, processed foods, and vegetable oils.

Hello, professor! Hope you're having a good day. I have a question: macrophages endocite the virus/bacteria and then they perfom the phagocytosis. In this video you explained that Neutophiles perfom phagocytosis aswell but, how they do it? Do the cytokines are toxic or do they "mark" the pathogen of some sort? Hope you can respond! Thanks a lot for this series, wish you the best!
