If I understand correctly, in earnings proportionately less than the output, basically a person who completes the task is less than the standard time is paid lesser than the one who takes more than the standard time ( even after accounting for bonus)? He is penalized for being efficient

Sir with all respect there is an error in calculating wages in BARTH VARIABLE SHARING SYSTEM A person who taken more time ⏲️ means 12 hours getting more money 💰even he is not saving the time Case 2nd 10.95 rs total Where as A person who is saving time getting less payment 8.94 rs Case 3rd If I am wrong please correct it I want be Doctorate degree as well please suggest the procedure and In & Outs Thanks

Hi! In Halsey plan standard time n rate per hr is fixed then how come his earning will be Rs. 12 in case he works for 12 hr. And Rs. 8 in case he works for 8 hrs. I understand if standard time is fixed then he should earn Rs. 10 in any case. Please correct me if I am lacking somewhere. Thank you

Hi sir. I often watch ur videos. I have one query related to distance education. I am residing in Warangal & I have a plan to apply for M. Sc Microbiology from ANUCDE which is in Andhra Now my doubt is, we will have study centers here & exam center can also be here. But after writing final exams here, will those answer booklets be sent to respective universities for correction or will lecturers at study center only correct those answers. Also if they are sent to University for correction, will they be sent on the last day of exam, or will it take time. I hope you will definetly be aware of this complete process. Please reply sir...

Sir barth system is not suitable if one finishes his works before time...cz 8hr thn one will get 8.94 rs but if 12 hr thn one will get 10.94 rs

If one completes job in 8 Hrs, then he gets Rs 0.94 extra, but if one delays, say in 12 Hrs, then he gets Rs 1.06 less than normal rate which is Rs 12. So this system is very much suitable.
