I've lined linen dresses with broadcloth, it works great and it's very breathable and works nicely with heavier weight linens.

i find that all the fabric Stores I've been in don't label their fabrics. i personally don't know what is what unless i ask. is that typical of all fabric stores?

+Tavonna Adams Yes, if you ask the sales person they can direct you. Keep a mental note when looking for it again. As I've stated in the video you can use any type of light weight fabric as lining. It all depends on your project.

+JHONATTANFF polyester is also good for fall and winter clothing. and it's very durable and washable too. i'm not very picky with lining lol...as long as the fabric feels nice to the touch, i'm good.
