Risk and super coolider? those are agreed as terrible by fans of Megadeth itself And not to be outdone by themselves fans also have the next list of "mediocre and dissapointing" albums: Cryptic Writings, The world needs a heroe, United abominations (dunno why), Thirteen (agreed), and belive it or not The sick the dying and the dead (though this one is more by non Megadeth fans).

Risk also has time (both parts) and ecstasy which I both really like. So, not to be that guy, but I think Megadeth are more consistent with album and song quality then Metallica, but both are great in my opinion

@@antoniocenteno1483 I think the problems people have with United Abominations are for 2 reasons. One reason being it's very political and some people didn't like it's politics I guess, and the other reason is while the songs are all really really good, they sound terrible for some reason, the production on United Abominations is questionable and I don't like playing it loud in my car for that reason.

I started as a metallica fan (like most people i guess) but when i listened to that verse riff in holy wars i think i saw god for a moment, today i love both bands, but feel that megadeth is a little bit more consistent in delivering good stuff

@@darklordregion quality of songs on albums is very inconsistent. Love megadeth but can’t for the life of me put on any of their record start to finish, even the best megadeth records I still find myself skipping 30% of. I cannot say the same for Metallicas records

@@Daniel-sx6vc With me it's the opposite because even though megadeth has some very "meh" albums there is always some tracks that stick out to me in them, unlike metallica where there is albums like load that the only song that i find "ok" is king nothing and almost can't remember the rest of the tracks, but i don't really like to compare both musically because it isn't a competition and both bands accomplished great things in the metal world

Actually as a fan of both, i think the megadeth fans are abit more aggressive in starting the metallica va megadeth arguments and arguably the most toxic, most metallica fans fall into 2 categorys, either the type that like the first 4 or 5 albums or the other 5% of the fanbase

I'm a fan of both Megadeth and Metallica. People say that Megadeth is superior due to sticking more into their thrash roots and delivering consistent albums. I prefer Metallica for that exact reason. Metallica experimented with different styles in albums like Load, ReLoad, St. Anger and S&M and still managing to deliver amazing music. That's why I think Metallica is better. Also James' vocals >>>>>> Dave's vocals. Some songs like Peace Sells and Sweating Bullets are exceptions.
