सहकारी गृहनिर्माण संस्थेत विरोधी पक्षाला संवैधानिक मान्यता मिळाली तर पुनर्विकासाच्या कमीत कमी केसेस न्यायप्रविष्ट होऊन न्यायालयांचा ताण कमी होण्याला मदत होईल आणि एकतर्फी,बेकायदेशीर आणि मनमानी कारभाराला आळा बसून, संस्थेच्या विकासाला योग्य दिशा व चालना मिळेल.....👍

सर खूप महत्वाची माहिती आपण दिलीत.मी मागील आपल्या व्हिडिओ मधे कमेंट्स बॉक्स मधे आपल्याला सहयोगी सभासदला मूळ सभासदाच्या परवानगीने कार्यकारी समितीवर महत्वाचे पदावर घेऊ शकतो का ,हा प्रश्न विचारला होता तसेच या विषयी व्हिडिओ बनबिण्यास सांगितले होते. सर खूप खूप धनयवाद आपल्याला फार महत्वाची माहिती आपण दिलीत.

Good Evening. My mother was nominee in flat purchased by my Father, in her lifetime she has nominated my brother's wife. My father has not made any will. My mother expired in 2019 now what is status in the flat.
