डॉ. धनंजय चव्हाण बताते है की मिनोक्सिडिल को कैसे apply करे. तीन important फॉर्म में मिनोक्सिडिल उपलब्ध है जैसे की liquid, फोम & जेल. लोशन फॉर्म को ड्रॉपर और स्प्रे से लगाया जा सकता है. ड्रॉपर में ०.5ml और 1ml का मार्क होता है, सुबह 1ml और रात को 1ml use करना है. Spray एक बार use किया तो 2ml हो जाता है तो ५ बार use करने से 1ml का dose हो जायेगा. फोम use करते वक्त bottle अच्छी तरीकेसे हिलाना और हाफ कैप फोम लेके ऊँगली से scalp पे rub करो. जेल फॉर्म की bottle 30gm की होती है उसमे से 1ml लेके scalp पे लगाना है.

DHT is one of the main causes of hair loss, but other factors are also associated with it such as Nutritional deficiencies like Vit. B12, Vit. D, Iron, Calcium. Sahil this is one of the most frequently asked question, this type of hair loss is absolutely normal, or you can say it is good sign... When you first start using minoxidil, Minoxidil soaks into the scalp and stimulates the hair follicles, providing further nourishment and encouraging regrowth. Once these new hairs start to grow, they push out the old (weak hair follicle), thinning hairs which is why you may start to lose more hair than normal. This shedding stage does not happen to everyone, however when it does, it can last for some time. And it take around 3 month to stop hair fall.
