Macedonia indeed has 0% corporate tax rate on reinvested profit and 15% on paid dividends (as of 2019, before was 10%), but also is worth to know that there are announcements from the government to decrease it to 3% for IT companies exclusively.

I'm not sure that getting legal residence there is all that easy for a person who is not already a citizen of an EU country.... unless, of course, he's willing to shell out a lot of money (like around $585,000)

i am planning to register my online business offshore in panama and become a employee of the company and get profits as a pay annually like 200K and leave rest of that profits in company account and buy house here in NZ as a investment from company account .

Why would anyone do a country like Bulgaria when Hong Kong and UAE are cheaper regardless of how you handle the money? Only for the EU trade? If two countries is there any country that is just objectively better for business due to overwhelmingly lower taxes regardless of method?
