Yup! The eye of the storm passed a hundred kilometers north of us in Cabanatuan City, I never thought it would skip us, so instead Pepito hitting Dingalan or Northern Quezon, it went poleward a bit, passing dinadiawan in Dipaculao, Aurora, or some 30-45 kms north of Baler. When it passed Baguio City, it was just a severe tropical storm, or broken in half from Cat 4 to Cat 2.

Yea and it was wind signal number 5 for my location just southwest of Gonzaga, Cagayan. However, as is very common with tiny powerful cores, they can’t make it over the mountains.
