Bet that shower tray seal is crap. Stand in it next time. I see tgis alot .they dont set the tray on anything solid

@ long way for me to go😂🤣 Had one years ago that I did have to get a gas tracer guy in. Under the screed and yes under built in wardrobe 😂 They paid happily for the entire job! So often they don’t want to pay for the time it takes to find the problem expecting only to be charged for the repair

Was wondering that myself. A few, if not some, would go into it, but if it's not to do with any plumbing, and you're not up for a whole load of having to take out and take down, then yeah, I feel you.

YOUR SO RIGHT ! -- who needs customers looking over you when your trying to do the job ! -- -- i get customers right next to me , putting their hands into the boiler , thats got live wires telling me whats wrong -- mostly women !! -- please mrs brown , don't touch that , but no they are fearless !!
