I loveeeeee Typology! The skincare and that tint are just incredible! When I wear it you can’t even tell I’m wearing makeup yet it blurs out any uneven skin tone. ❤❤❤

This tinted serum is the best, I'm 32 and found that all my usual foundations started making me look years older, I tried It cosmetics cc cream, aged me, I tried Nars sheer glow, aged me, I even tried Charlotte Tilbury which actually was the worst, aged me horribly. Was then gifted this in type 1 fair and it's like a dream, sits perfectly and gives you a completely natural, no pores, no lines finish. The only tip I'd give is to apply a small amount of powder down the middle of your face if your skin is on the oily side, just so you don't end up a bit shiny, as it is a very hydrated looking, dewy finish. It's gorgeous!

I have been waiting on some to do a review of this product! I feel like nobody even knows about the brand. I LOVE their lip balm & 3 phase scrub, it’s so gentle. Honestly I like everything I’ve tried from them. I bought the tinted serum months ago. It’s easy, light coverage & good for the skin. I have glossier skin tint too & I would say this one has more coverage.

On picking: I have found that using hydrocolloid (?) patches (yes) is super helpful! i use the lil cheap cosrx ones and they've made a huge difference in breaking that habit.

I'm even more interested in this skin tint now that you've reviewed it. A skin tint with a bit of dry down? Sounds PERFECT for summer. Also been wanting to see a dupe for the westman atelier colorwise. You're killing me with the curology stuff. Ughhh....I'm more than envious on how you have that vision flush looking so gorgeous on you. I think I'm gonna have to try a sponge and/or brush with my sample (have only used a finger-and even WAAAAAAAY less product than you apply) to set myself straight on whether or not to keep trying or pass it on. It's just too intensely pigmented imo and I'm much deeper than you (shade is Ballet Slippers).

Purchasing good quality extraction tools helped me pick in a better way lol like theyre more effective at getting the gross stuff out then I follow with a peace out patch and usually a lot of them are gone after that ritual.

How do you think this one compares to the kosas? a long long time ago I got a sample of the ilia and it did not work for me at all I've always wanted to try it again but it was pretty bad.

I’m absolutely loving this look! How do you think the skin tint would fair on oily skin??? I have yet to find a tint that doesn’t slide off my face within 30 minutes of application. I don’t use foundation or concealer, so I don’t need to cover anything. But I’ve been an oily skin gal for 30 years, and I have yet to find a holy grail “foundation like” base.....

Oh man, I went out of town to get my first COVID vaccine and I just grabbed two cards of foundation samples because they were floating around and I did my base with like 6 shades of Charlotte Light Wonder and 3 shades of Nars sheer glow and a little card of Glossier Dawn and just painted. It was so satisfying, I'm thinking of buying 4 shades of not my skin tone makeup to do it. It would be insanely expensive and way too much product and I already have one or two foundations too many, but even if I could get the samples of the Sappho foundation in every shade? I would. So much more believeable. I was just obsessed. And not even with the formulas, but the mixing and the believability of it all.

It is. It is indeed too good to be true for me. The shade is far too pink for my extremely yellow olive skin. 😭 I excitedly ordered the sample together with the salicylic acid serum (also doesn't work). But it's not for me it seems like. I'm so jealous. I really struggle to find THE skin tint for me. Kosas is the only one which undertone is perfect but it's a tad oily on my oily skin. :(((

I refreshed my make up kit with a lot of these products. The typology skin tint is genuinely lovely and I would repurchase but I am middle aged and no longer have the pimply skin of my youth. If you have a lot to conceal I would skip this. I own fit glow's lip serum, merit beauty's lip oil and Westman atelier's squeaky clean lip balm. On me each has a wear time of about 10 mins. They are SO NOT WORTH IT. I don't mind victoria beckham's lip tint. I might repurchase but I might also try to find something longer wearing. Its in the realm of being reasonable, lasts an hour or two (maybe). Victoria Beckham's mascara is also lovely.

Are you using both the moisturizer and the BPO? I'm currently using 5% BPO and while I know studies have shown that the lesser %s are as effective as the higher, I got bumped to 5% bc we weren't seeing results after months of using 2.5% so I worry that dropping back down would set me back.

@@gianninal5455 yes, I got both products. I’ve been using a neutrogena BPO almost daily & SA, and was still getting pimples. I’ve been trying my damnest not to pop them, lol. I used Malezia last night and the same 4 pimples I’ve been treating for days. Gone. I also was previously using a urea product, that mainly helps with texture/ The texture of the products is soooo good tho.

@@gianninal5455 its 3.5% f.c. (the dude who created malezia) really emphasizes the fact that it’s formulated with micronized BPO, and that’s what makes it so much more effective comparatively to other formulas.

I pronounce it "Tah-nt", which is close to actual pronounciation, but they make a slightly different vowel sound in there I can't nail. 6 yrs of French, and many sounds I never nailed.
