Who else is here after seeing Tyquan's Unofficial 40 yd dash time at 4.21? Insane speed, great hands, and makes the tough catches up the middle and gets that YAC. He's also 6 foot 3 with that speed. He's and absolute beast when the ball is in his hands. Edit: Lifelong Lions fan, I know the struggle lol. I'd love to get Tyquan and line him across Amon Ra St. Brown and a healthy T.J Hockenson would be a great trio.

Definitely agree and every time I watch him he reminds me so much of Moss (didn't say he was Moss) he's lanky his long stride makes running look effortless and small hands or not he's a ball hawk and does a great job keeping his feet in bounds... definitely getting more excited about this pick (but if he's a bust I'm gonna hate Belichek for life 🤣)

dude is 6'3" and ran a 4.21 40 time. 4.28 at the combine. Tyreek hill ran a 4.29, Hardman a 4.33. Either way he looks natural to me. Just blowing by guys and has length too. Scary. Belichick is no dummy. He looks like a steal. Potential #1 and game breaker Pats have lacked.
@codyfreeman99302 жыл бұрын
Delusional homers where r the nfl style routes? The slants n crossing n posts? Where’s his catches in traffic while in stride?? Then his YAC. Where’s the high pointing throws? Where’s him attacking the football then getting YAC? So he’s just a 4.28 on a track with no Receiving skills for the nfl. But doesn’t stop delusional homers from loving yet another Belichick draft. 2 years ago u All were talking up the TEs. 3 years ago u all were singing praises to Nkeal Harry. The best WR in the draft all the homers said. Last year homers were talking up Agholor and the free agent TEs n how SPECIAL they would be in Belichicks system. When Brady left u all were saying Belichick could win with anybody. You all just keep changing your names when wrong n coming back talking up Belichick and his draft and free agent busts
@paranormalskeptic38932 жыл бұрын
I think Mac is gonna like having him on the team. Almost 6’3”, long arms (good catch radius), speed to burn, good vertical (36.5). Not expecting too much though, unless they dump Agholor, Thornton is gonna be WR5. So I could see 30 catches, 450 yards and 3 TD catches. Also some receiver reverses. This is Agholor’s last year of his contract, Thornton will take his slot after a year of learning and some on field play, but I don’t think we’ll see GREAT numbers from him year one.
@Howdidhenotseeme2 жыл бұрын
Im a Patritos fan but this is delusional lmao
@benjif13802 жыл бұрын
@@Howdidhenotseeme It's not delusional at all it was in response to the people panning the pick. Belichick either players young players or he doesn't. With Bourne, Parker and MEyers cemented it's going to depend on injuries and Algolar. He fits the profile of a potential #1 gamebreaker who can get a ton of yards in a hurry if he breaks through. THe patriots are drafting on reward potentially and what fits their system and yeah busts happen that way. People were telling me Meyers was no good too and I basically predicted the same thing. Meyers plays snaps he is 800 yards in the bank. Different receivers though. One is a posession receiver one is a gamebreaker. A patriots #1 receiver is also not how the league defines it. They spread it around and are looking for players who can fill roles and make plays and run the plays the patriots want to run and spread the defense. Most fans are dumb honestly. They have no vision of what the patriots do. I get this stuff just fine. I get called this stuff all the time on the internet too but fans and I'm usually correct in the end. And yeah he may bust. But you again have no concept of what I even meant and jumped to conclusions. Intelligent life does exist out there.... Keep assuming though.. That's your problem right there. Assumptions you could have asked how i meant it but nope. Stupid assumptions and who's delusional again? You.
@benjif13802 жыл бұрын
It's also why fans like me understand what the patriots are trying to do and actually predict these picks whhile the media is front running with no concept of what the patriots are even looking at. Most fans in the media are delusional that's true. They have no concept of what the Patriots are even trying to do and then are left disapointed when the team doesn't take the player they want. What I"m saying is true. Not delusional. Even how I mean these things. Like i said to me he could bust or not and it really doesn't matter because the Patriots are picking players that fit what they are looking for. The chances of success are higher that way. Sometimes players bust and I would guess the patriots as a whole still do better than most and they do because they are picking players like i say and not listening to the consensus in that regard. The consensus is delusional without context. lol.

What I like best about him, is that he’s a hands catcher, where he goes and snatches the ball while it’s in the air, rather than waiting for the ball to come to him. Randy Moss used his hands that way and that’s part of what made him so great.
