Nina Bo'nina Brown - Valentina sent her own ass home & it was long overdue. Her narcissism and ignorance was CLEARLY seen through the television screen the first airing. Season 8 brought an entirely new age group (Valentina's age and younger) that have not dealt with or seen first hand what words and negativity can do to a human because humanity has allowed technology to run their everyday life. I do not personally know the chosen "Fan Favorite" nor would I care to but she seems to live a very ugly life consumed in a world filled with the old saying "ignorance is bliss" . Infact, anyone who sits behind a keyboard or cellphone all day commenting on issues and life situations with words of negativity, hate, and racism, are living an ugly life as well. At the end of the day we have to remember that these kids are also trying to find a place in the world. One day they will be faced with reality and will have to make the choice to face it or continue to be ugly.

Thavasa Hwang which symbolized hat Morgan was dead to her considering Morgan took money away from Tyra. Tyra has a child to provide for and Morgan got her gig cancelled which took food, clothing etc away from her child. Morgan inserted herself into something that had nothing to do with her and wanted to play victim.

Yaeres god I wish they would take a deep hard look in the mirror and realize you don't know everyone's struggle from day to day and in life period. But sadly I think that's what makes these people feel better about themselves is to hate on someone so much like that.....

This fandom is so racist I makes it hard for me to read comments online. Tyra's behavior on S2 was never as terrible as Raven's, but Raven (who has a racist past) gets a pass, while Tyra gets crucified. It's sickens me, and hardens my heart. I love Tyra, and I understand why she's lashed out the way she has. How else could she respond when people constantly sling shit at her?!

I'll admit, I didn't like Tyra based on her behavior on season 2. But I've always thought her beauty was undeniable, and after hearing how the fans and some of the clubs have treated her, ( and how profoundly it affected her emotional state ), I feel for her. I also can't deny how likable she seems here - she's matured so much since her season.

And I'm so glad that she is embracing her beauty as an African American queen. Again, empowering. She's beautiful, talented, and if you come for her she will eat you alive. Love me some tyra Sanchez I can't believe as a drag queen she has to deal with racism just to perform I always wanted to perform in a drag show now I'm more nervous then ever just to try but like tyra says I'm black and that will never change just gotta own who I am and fuck everybody else lol
@MrChane777 жыл бұрын
brandon dotson girl you do you!!! Sadly I feel like it will always be like this😢 But just remember they just jealous most black girls look Fishier, and have more rythem.!!!!🤗 I'd rather go to a show and watch a performance of a queen dancing with rythem (mind you) then a queen that does a popular dance song running around the stage jumping and pointing to every other beat... Anyways never ever be afraid of who you are you'll always have people who love you for you...Thats the only thing I've hated with our community we're very cliquey, and if you don't feel like you fit into a mold that a lot of clique's or styles you feel you won't be accepted...I think it's the ones pointing and judging are the ones being made fun of, because they look ridiculous trying to conform to what they think society approves of.. anyways rant over before I sound and don't make any sense lol!!! Anyways don't be afraid to do drag so many different drag styles you'll find your niche 👈 (spelled wrong?)

I'd love to see winners compete. I believe the winners circle should have the incentive of being considered for all-stars as well. The way it is as of late, it seems that it would be more advantageous to lose and then get cast a second time on all-stars, for double exposure which means more publicity and more bookings. I don't see why a winner, especially from the earlier seasons (1-4) shouldn't be allowed to compete :)
@iYoshers7 жыл бұрын
Blue Tomato I know a lot of the winners have stated they wouldn't do it because they feel like it would invalidate the winners win. The fans would construct a hierarchy of the winners (granted they do anyways) but it would give people ammunition to say shit like "Yeah Bebe is the worst winner" not that she is but people would do that. It can get problematic
@bluetomato617 жыл бұрын
that is a good argument as well, which is why I said that I would like for the queens to simply be considered for All Stars, implying that they would have to decide if it would be good for them or not. For someone like Bianca, I definitely wouldn't blame her for declining, but I think Tyra would do it, and do well in it too :)
@jonathanbelmares13067 жыл бұрын
I can see why they don't do that. While I would love to see winners do an all out battle of the seasons. With the fandom they way they are I don't think it would be worth it for any of the queens. What I actually would love to see is and All stars but cast fully of runner ups like only queens who made top 3 there season (i know a few of them actually have already competed but I'd still love to see it) and maybe a fan favorite/miss congeniality season.

I came into drag race after Tyra's season and I heard a little about her win being controversial but nothing more. But hearing her story I am like GOD DAM. The fandom is crazy, and the racial prejudice is nuts. But she hit the point home about the Nina and Valentina thing. I was not mad that Valentina got sent home. SHE TRIED IT and lost period because she was not prepared or whatever her reasons but a lot of her fans thought that was ok. To me it was a cut and dry case of attempting to cheat and she should have been automatically eliminated for it, but she got a second chance and lost.
