What a great guest competitor. Seemed to gel really well with the team and hope to see Sam again soon on the channel. Tempest is by far the best for viewing also. Removes some of the bias for top tier factions and makes for much closer battles.

Great content as always. So glad to see the nids in batreps. Side rant: Ive always hated how liberal line of sight can be when measuring to “any part of the model”. Kind of silly when a full volley of shots can be dropped on you because the very tip of a gun or a wing is barely visible. Hate that it punishes models for having nice cosmetics. Like the fact that a flyrant is basically impossible to hide

Loving the double Tfex with rupture cannon! They’re honestly disgusting, turning T8 vehicles inside out 😬😬 I’m planning on running multiple hive tyrants behind tyrant guard with double Tfex with acid spray for horde control and then double exocrine and Tfex with rupture for some nasty ranged support! 🤮🤮🤮 Lots of 13-17 wound monsters at T8 and SV2+ love that monsters are finally monsters with monster stat lines!! 🙌🦖❤️

The chair is the dead terminator mini from space hulk. Then I just cut everything I didn’t want away and added the gravis parts. The steps are a scenic base from GW

The black helmets and shoulders are my personal touch. I just wanted something that made them a bit different and took inspiration from Napoleons old guard during the Napolionic wars. They were the best of the best and I thought if these guys are fighting alongside a Primarch maybe they should have something that sets them apart. His best troops, his personal guard.

First: Fun game Love how tempest just feels more fun and balanced compared to Gt missions in alot of ways. Second: when Jinx activated the Trygon imperative she forgot that Infantry could explode on 6s (a small gripe more so then anything as imperatives are hard to remeber) and 3rd: I dont know if its the lighting or not but in some cases its hard to read the dice i have noticed maybe that is just me? but i noticed in some instances that the dice were glareing and was hard to see the rolls :[ i to wanted to see the 1s and 2s and feel sad with yall. if its just me Apologizes and keep up the good work yall!

The infantry only explode on 6s from melee attacks and I remembered after the fact :) we rolled it off camera and nothing happened, we just forgot to mention it 🙈

Two weeks ago we saw it make the Orks irrelevant. I'm only at the end of turn one in this report and it seems to have done the same for Nids. Codex chaos better be good or I won't be going to any tournaments! Maybe they should make armour of contempt not stack with cover bonuses.

As a SM and Ork player with the amount of ridiculous AP increases and how GW screwed over Orks I am glad when I can make some sort of save than just being blasted off the table.

Yep the Orks have been royally screwed this edition, GW gave them a bunch of new models with no synergies with the regular Orks we already own, they took our green tides, took our buggy hordes and now they take our AP against a bunch of common armies. It has taken alot of the fun out of playing with my Orks.
