Well, here's some comments/tips from me. Grinding the normal way is a pain in the ass the ENTIRE game thus far. You've seen the level gap between Wild Pokemon and the Gym Leader. It's pretty crazy. Anyway, get 4000 Poke & invest in a Level Trainer in your Secret Base. This will help you out a LOT. I believe you will need to pay 400 Poke every 10 levels the trainers Audino (which only use Healing Wish) go up (400 @ Lv 10, 800 @ Lv 20, etc.), but there is a point in the game where the training becomes free, though I'm not sure when that point is. However, it does mean that you're only getting HP EVs from those battles. So it is a hit & miss, but a great place to power level should you need to. (The Memory Chamber gives you easy money, depending on which trainer you go for, but the trainers ARE at level 50, so don't touch them just yet) The next gym has Flying types, yes. But not Fairy. Remember, Harmony specialises in Normal & Fairy types (with a Mega of a Pokemon that struck fear in the main series games for being insane, but I won't say what it is). East specialises in Dragon & Flying, with his team in the high Lv 40s (being at Level 50 at that point in time is recommended. Apparently. But a good idea, considering the battle after that. Oh boy... that battle...) You do have a few important battles before then, though. It WILL get tougher as you keep progressing. That moment with Damian... it's the one time I feel like decking him/hitting him across the head for being so stupid. And the fact he gets kidnapped... yeah. He's a pretty good character/rival, though.

Helios City Gym Leader: East. Type: Flying. Ace Pokemon: Mega Altaria. And Also, you will have to fight the Sky Cultists there. And the leader uses MEGA RAYQUAZA. So.. Train up yourself pretty good. And there you can get a Dawn Stone. So, Kwan has to evolve. Or you can't make it a Physical Attacker. Just go to the Department Store there. The Dawn Stone is maybe at the 2nd floor or somewhere around there. That's it from me. Best Of Luck.

here are some tips in this game: 1. in your secret base there is a trainer you uses three healing wish aufinos for fast training, just go into your tablet in your game and buy the level trainer. 2. OVERLEVEL. don't worry what people say, you basically have to in this game. and trust me, the levels will catch back up. 3. do not be afraid to use hold items, they've saved me multiple times. 4. search everywhere including SPOILERS!!! Going back to the beginning and surfing and diving. 5. do not waste money. later in the game, let's just say there will be opportunities to get very good items.

Guys, I think the whole Alpha Sapphire ERN videos finished a long time ago. Episode: 00 where he is talking about it. He says "In that folder it includes top 5 Unova Megas" Top 5 Unova Megas came out months ago.
