That would include anything past the front door. This is why almost every Federal courthouse has a no recording policy once you step through the front door security system. Many state courts and other buildings have followed suit. The Supreme Court first issued a ruling on this in 1983.

A policeman with only 6 months of training and no knowledge of the rights of citizens - is actually just a criminal in uniform. They've been doing this since before the pandemic. I refused to leave the office until someone did my license paperwork. I had an appointment with the guy and he went home early on my way there. I called before I left because I was coming all the way from Brewster. So I refused to leave the office. After that, they did it by mail. They sent my paperwork back for missing things EVERY year after that even though I mailed it and video taped every item I put in the envelope and sealed it on camera. They still did nothing. This all started when I reported them to the state for unlawful business practices. for charging 100% late fees for licenses. That's right....it cost $500/year for a trade license. If it was a day late...an additional $500 late fee for every month it was late. Completely against state law....they had to change it to 25% late fee and fu*ked with me EVERY year after that. I'm so glad I moved....Westchester sucks!!!
