That is a pretty sketchy cut in the video there at 1:21 right after checking out the picture and saying "engineering division" you hear the door open, then a cut to going through those doors, then a cut to being behind those doors and you can see a person leaving the building. ​​@@rogerborgthey didn't send 4 units. That's not how dispatch works. They send one unit, and other units that are close by can decide to show up if they're not on an active. Also if the first unit believed there was a credible threat in the building, (which the caller might have said or insinuated) the first unit would call additional units for backup. Dispatch is not going to call 4 units for something unless it's a fight/active theft or burglary/shooting, etc. I had a sister in law that was 911 dispatch for years, and a few friends that worked different leo departments. I'm only telling you the last part to validate what I'm saying n that I'm not talking out of my arse.

We stopped teaching civics or anything about the Constitution or our civil rights. Ppl graduate high school (and often college) without ever learning anything about it. That is a huge part of the problem.
