Do they realise how ridiculously easy it would be to walk in there with a covert camera and they'd know no better 🤣 perhaps what actual terrorists would likely do. That Justice and Security Act resembles another type of 'we-just-don't-like you' power. There must be some state guidelines (I'll be taking a look) for using this section-I doubt if simply stating suspicious behaviour or overtly filming are sufficient grounds . Many UK auditors have successfully used HNK solicitors to challenge such grounds for a stop and search-I don't suppose NI has any such service available; it is still rare here too for auditors to get any kind of legal help from solicitors or lawful assistance from police when assaulted or robbed of equipment. It is ambiguous; if (1) applies alone as written then there is no limit to a stop-it would be the equivalent of 'Paperz Pleasz.' So I am surmising that (1) is not meant to be used alone but for the grounds as clarified in (2). What do you think-obviously you are not stopped regarding the reasons stated in (2) ?

FFS what on earth is going on? Wee the Public pay taxes to allow recording to happen in Public Buildings which wee the People Provide for our Public Resources. However, if a member of the Public wishes to keep there own record of recording, they are not allowed? The extra cost of recording is at the expense of the Private Citizen and not the tax payer. Which Police Officers refuse Public Citizens the right to record in Public Buildings which the Public pay for and provide CCTV footage for all Public services. Though Public Citizens don't have the right to recordings which wee the Public already provide......Am confused?

B is if the police beat you up etc Cat C is stuff they don't take seriously and therefore even if you give them video evidence they'll try and write it off. Phil Doran only deals with Cat C .... He's a write off merchant. Stacks of complaints against him! If he gets assigned to you contact his boss and say you want another because he's predudiced. Good man on the PayPal! Every video I watch Is worse than the last one, how can people of this beautiful country try and put our trust in this police force when a person has to show her authority over innocent man. well I have lived in this beautiful country for 60 years,and the horrible days of our history I have seen.The police during the troubles they were bad maybe not all bad , but what I have seen in this video is by just a few minutes watching a sergeant totally go from a bright light when she first opened her mouth ,till a very dark force of the old police in our country, she was bang out of order this to me says it all the name may have changed but the darkness of these gangs don’t seem to or want to change hopefully in my grandchildren days they will have police force that can be trusted a real pity because when you see her she looks like a person you could talk to but how wrong was I,but I will keep hoping her darkness doesn’t get any darker because our children and grandchildren need to be respected by the bright light that this man shows us on camera.another great video sir and stay safe from her, I hope I don’t see her cos I will run a mile from her,scary Lesley on the loose in Downpatrick what more do we need 😂
