Funeral industry here. Just to give some background to the whole body dumping thing, you absolutely cannot just bury a body willy-nilly if someone dies. Depending on the state, a licensed funeral director may need some level of involvement (whether over the full process or to file the D/C), and in every state the death cert will need to be filed. Furthermore, the NOK has complete say-so over the proceedings. If the person in that story ever moves, they also screwed themselves because you have to very clearly disclose that bodies are buried on your property (which, believe it or not, is a turn off to most home buyers lol).
