I can’t tell you how many times I saw melees (besides MNK) not using their ranged GCD to continue doing damage while dodging mechanics for these bosses. Savage is going to filter some melee DPS mains who are used to having full uptime strats available to them

Already the multihit AOE if you don't have a full tome/EX gear can kill a lot of peoples even under reprisal if the healers slacks off, but yeah, that's for more causals/DF groups Tanks Mitigations and Healers potency are cranked up because otherwise wouldn't have been possible with the sheer ammount of damage dealt, EXs for that start really well too for me (havn't done EW ones and that's the first time I run current tier EXs and I'm loving it)

This entire raid tier IMO, shits all over the others - they're difficult but no unfair, the fights only feel kinda long now because we're under geared but otherwise well paced, and again, that song is just pure Shounen 🔥🔥🔥 I am here for it. I just pray I'm not getting my hopes up for Echoes of Vana'diel, but Arcadion has set the bar pretty damn high. This expansion is KILLING IT with the combat content, like damn. I might even give Savage a try for once, I usually don't bother but I really like this tier (except maybe the Bomb King lol)

With lower dps the last stack happens multiple times until the boss dies. If the run is going bad then the party wipes by 3rd or 4th laser coz healers couldnt keep up with heals. Still glad to see even vets get vul stacks and happy that i managed to avoid a lot of them in my blind run as well.
