I love the different feel this show is giving me compared to the dramas I'm used to. I also can't get enough of Lei Wujie having the best time of his life, Wuxin being sassy every now and again, and Xiao Se just done with the situation he found himself in.

Agree, i particulRly liked the fighting scenes. So much talent poured into those scenes! the casting is perfect... i can feel wuxin warmth, wujin's energy, xiao se's masked indifference.

Super agree with you! Been watching a lot of dramas and movies so I'm finding something unique out of all the currently airing dramas. What took me to watch Blood of Youth was because of a clip where it contains that golden coffin and that Wuxin haha. So yeah I watched the 1st episode, right then I just realized this is the drama I've been looking for for so long! I don't usually watch ongoing dramas but I can't just wait for the drama to end then watch so I patiently wait every day for the episode. Totally unique and highly recommended! Overall, I loved your reaction video!

This is one of the most rivetting n intriguing dramas after Nirvana in Fire.....no run of the mill stuff....every episode is highly entertaining, the action scenes are well choreographed, the acting by the entire cast is excellent especially the four male lead actors....the storyline is well mapped out even though it involves so many characters from so many sects in the pugilistic world....no confusion...there is no unnecessary padding to prolong each episode like many other dramas ...just into the first three episodes you get the feel that this IS IT.....the Blockbuster of the year......watch it....be entertained...👍

I loved this drama- it definitely did fill all of my Wuxia desires. It also had lead actors who were not big names- so it didn’t distract from the story. The was romance, but not in your face sappy stuff- but definitely some sad story lines. My favorite character was Tang Lian played by Li XinZe. (I can’t fully bring myself to discuss his story…)

Nice review, I love this wuxia movies because some reason. They grow stronger together, they didn't have instant power. And the level of power; immortal, deity, etc. And important think is the plot and their character.

I also "stumbled" into this series. About the same way I stumbled into Battle Through the Heavens. Glad to hear it's worth my time. I've been trying to binge a lot of shows to pick up basic story structure. And I'm about tapped-out on weak girls with flimsy voices, the "clenched fist", falling backwards off a cliff so we can watch the character fade into clouds, and endless romantic cliches. There definitely is a formula for Western-style storytelling, but I think Asian storytelling is so rich in art, traditional values and childhood trauma affecting later behavior. By the way, I'm typing as I'm listening to you and yeah, I agree with you on the moral values. Now I'm looking forward to watching more of this series. I'll be on the lookout for Jar Jar Binks, tho. Thx for the review.

I was only impressed with Wu xin. Overall I had give 6/10 It's similar to ancient detective and comes with vibes of Listening snow tower. Li hong Yi was the same as in queen Lau and that was kinda stiff.

@@Bella-lj3cv until 12 ep xiao se has 3 goal = get the money, go to xeuye city with lei wujie "help lei wujie become their decipline" and invetigate more about his uncle cast. Lei wujie want to meet li haiyi (2# master of xueye city) and become her decipline. Tang lian just go back to xueye city after he finish the task (gold coffin). Sikong go home (her father was 3# master xueye city). Futhermore next episodes (until 34ep) about 3 prince, their strugle inherit the throne. The group will help xiao se to get his safety, help xiao se get cure, and get the throne.

说实话，您不说我也不知道哈哈哈。我想就是文化差异吧。外国人主要看的是自己喜欢不喜欢，不管他是差评还是好评，最主要就是看个人喜好。可能国内的人就比较看重评分吧。
