Stopped in for lunch at the U Drop Inn in June, 1994. Had a grilled cheese sandwich along with a bowl of chili. It was a pretty good meal at a vintage restaurant that at the time was nicely maintained. Thanks for sharing your video footage!

I remember passing through Shamrock in 1970 with my parents on a trip out west via Route 66. The town struck me as being a bit "tacky" even back then.
