Hot tip on prime rib...its not as rare as it looks...its cooked whole low and slow which seals in juices...its cut to order and most the time if its sent back for looking too rare...most the time they just hit it with hot au jus or beef broth which changes the color...prime rib is supposed to be pink...😉

Welcome to my home town. Amarillo. Looking at those dust storms, I remember some here that were awful. You mentioned a death match. Dory Funk Sr would have those matches here. My friend told me one lasted an hour and a half. Dory didn’t pull punches either. I have been to the Big Texan numerous times. Love it. The wrestler Rakishi and group did a meet and greet there. He actually wrestled one of my best friends the next night. His name is Chris Youngblood.

Hi Jordan and Scott. My twin and I had to postpone our road trip. We lost a aunt, 2 cousins, a good friend then one of our uncles passed. So we had change things up. Our road trip is still on. Things happen which we had no control over. But next week for sure. It will be a girl trip. We are renting a vehicle that will seat all of us comfortable. You have given us some good info. Showed us what could happen. So that you for that. Even when you think everything is under control, you have things planned, you can get throwed a curve ball. Since it will be just us girls, we need to rethink things, expect the unexpected. Traveling through small towns, is nothing like traveling through big cities. Glad your trip with Scott is going smoothly now. We learned a lot, take it slow, not push it. Probably not travel during the night but stop find place to rest, then start again the next day. So we have studied the. Map our rental been checked, double check. Again thank you. I'm enjoying your vlogs. You guys take care and be safe. Love, respect and positivity always. ✌️🖖🕯️💕🙏🙂👋👣. Vee.

FYI: 2 of my neighbors, both over 100 yrs old, swear by the red blooms on cactus. They cook them for a min, remove ths skin and pulvarise the fruit. They each drink a cup of the juice and swear it helps with their pain and it must do something for longevity. Lucky they live in FL. where cactus is free. I love this trip so much I want to be there. It is so interesting and funny.
