海でも使える形状を持った形状で垂直離陸がなんとかかんとかって、書いてあったから、海軍と宇宙軍を統一してその名前になったんじゃね？

元々、火星自治政府が海軍の名称を使った事が始まりで、 慣性制御技術がなかった時代はマスドライバーやロケット推進による垂直発進が主流だったものが、 火星自治政府が得た慣性制御技術による航行技術により、海や陸を問わず浮かべる点や、 より大型の宇宙船の建造には水上の軍艦の建造技術(造船技術)が転用される事から、海軍の名称が付けられたみたいですね。
