Excellent!!! Problem is the powers that be don't care..it's all about the money..Follow it and you will see why everything is the way it is. As Chad Sabora said, APATHY is one of the biggest problems we have and until people start paying attention and stand up and make changes, it's only going to get worse. If there is a way to convince prisons, Big Pharmacy etc that there is a way that is financially benefiting for them, then you might see some changes made.
