The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.

People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyperinflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyperinflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.

Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire..

I've been in touch with a financial advisor ever since I started my business. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders.

Back in 2020 there was a fairly wealthy local guy who was a regular at my gas station. One day he told me if there's any way to get out of the United States and still support myself, I should. I kind of giggled and shrugged it off but he went on to explain how the United States was headed for collapse in the next few years and that he was investing in a sailboat and putting his money in various foreign banks so he could bug out. One day shortly after that he left town and never came back. Fast forward to now and we're deciding between Africa and South America. What a world.

All this is going to hit the wall. It's not sustainable and the debt is spiraling out of control. Inflation will crush this economy more and we don't have a booming economy, but strong inflation. People are at the point they can't take on more debt and the banks are cutting back. All thanks to the Federal Reserve geniuses of leaving interest rates so low, for such a long time.. The dollars days are going bye-bye.

Blinking Blinking Blinking 😂😂😂 Blinken brought a scissors ✂️ to Cut five shiitake mushrooms 🍄 😋 7 pcs Easy Ways To Learn Physics The foundation of science as a discipline is physics. If you succeed in this topic, you're in for some thrilling moments as you reach higher standards of academic success every day! The 7 Mantras Are As Follows: 1. It Is Important To Master the Fundamentals Mastering the fundamental theories is one of the simplest methods to understand physics. Understanding the fundamental laws will aid you in later, more sophisticated stages, when tackling complicated situations. Create a mind map using graphics that provides a summary of all the concepts and connects them to the challenging issues. 2. Simplifying Is a Key Rule Physics is a challenging subject to learn by heart, but after being simplified, it becomes one of the most engaging and high-scoring courses. There will be moments when you will encounter challenging issues; in these situations, remember to break the difficulty down into simpler, more manageable parts. 3. Create Flashcards As you read through different topics, note down any new words or concepts you come across, as well as any guiding principles or rules, to use as the basis for your flashcards. These flashcards can be used for rapid review, and you can continue reviewing them whenever you have time. These flashcards are also useful for times when you're having trouble solving a problem. 4. Make Math Your Strength Sir Albert Einstein expressed it best when he said, "Mathematics is the building block of Physics." You need to establish a very solid mathematical foundation if you want to master physics. 5. A Good Tutor Can Really Help! You need a skilled physics teacher if you want to succeed in the subject and even master it. He or she will assist you in making the concepts simpler and help you comprehend them clearly. A bad teacher will cause more harm than good. 6. Use Diagrammatic Representations To Learn The Topics Creating drawings is one of the finest ways to learn physics concepts and principles. The use of diagrams and figures makes it simple to master all the relevant physics theorems and ensure that you have a firm grasp of the units of measurement. 7. Wake Up in the Morning and Revise It is well said by the experts that children can learn tough things efficiently in the morning with a fresh mind. So, practicing the formulas and revising the theories of physics will make a good impact to a child’s mind if it is done in the morning before going to the best cbse school in pune. ‍ KNOW IF YOUR CHILD IS APPLICABLE FOR A FEE WAIVER × ‍ Important Basic Physics Formulas with Examples 1. Angular Acceleration α=Δω/Δt Q. A wheel rotating at 10 rad/s2 is imparted with a constant angular acceleration of 4 rad/s2 for 5 seconds. The number of rotations made by the wheel in this 5 s interval is: Ans - 50/π 2. Distance Distance (d) = Speed (s) * Time (t) Q. Suppose a dog runs from one end of the street to another end of the street and the street is 80.0 meters across. Moreover, it takes 16.0 seconds to cross to reach the end of the street. Now, calculate the speed of the dog? Ans - Speed = distance/time Speed = dt Speed = 80.0m/16.0s = 5.0 m/sec 3. Potential Energy PE= mgh ● Where PE is Potential energy ● m is the mass of the body ● h is the height at which the body is placed above the ground ● g is the acceleration due to gravity Q. State the changes in energy types when a ball is thrown upward. Ans - When a ball is at ground level, the potential energy is zero. When it is thrown upward, it moves due to kinetic energy present in the ball by virtue of its motion. As it reaches its maximum height, the kinetic energy is converted to potential energy. As the ball comes down, the potential energy is again converted to kinetic energy. 4. Gravitational Force g=G(Mm/r^2) =9.8m/s2 Q. What is the SI unit of gravity? Ans - For SI units, this acceleration is measured in meters per second (in symbols, m/s2) or equally in newtons per kilogram (N / kg). Minimum "medium" surface area, known as normal gravitational force, by definition, is 9.80665 m/s2. ‍ Also Read: How to memorize math formulas? ‍ 5. Surface Tension T=F/L where, ● F is the force per unit length ● L is the length in which force is act ● T is the surface tension Q. Why are water drops spherical? Ans - Raindrops are spherical in shape due to the presence of cohesive forces between liquid molecules and the surface tension of the liquid. 6. Average Acceleration Average acceleration = V1+V2+V3+…+Vn/T1+T2+T3+…Tn, where V is the velocity and T is the time. Q. If an object accelerates from 20 m/s to 80 m/s in 3 seconds, Find the average acceleration for the object. Ans - 13 m/s^2 7. Projectile Motion H = u sinθ/g (u is initial velocity and g is gravity’s acceleration) Q. Give one instance where you can visualize projectile motion in real life? Ans - Sneezing Sneezing is our body's natural reflex to eject foreign material from our mouth and nose. The particles and droplets that come out of your mouth travel in a projectile manner as they land on nearby objects and surfaces when you sneeze. 8. Power P = W/T (W - work done by an object, T - total time taken) Q. Define 1 watt of power. Ans - Power is said to be 1 watt when 1 Joule work is done in 1 second. 9. Final Velocity v = u + at Where, u = initial velocity v = final velocity a = acceleration t = time Q. What is the Unit of Velocity? Ans - Velocity is a physical vector quantity; both magnitude and direction are needed to define it. It is measured in the SI (metric system) as meters per second (m/s) or as the SI base unit of (m⋅s-1). Velocity is defined as the distance travelled by the body during a unit somewhere. The SI unit velocity is m/s. 10. Coulomb’s Law F=Ke (q1q2/r^2) Ke is the Coulomb’s law constant, q1 and q2 are the charges and r is the distance between the two charges, F is the force. Q. When the Two-Point Charges, q1 = +9 μC, and q2 = 4 μC, are Separated with a Distance r = 12 cm, Calculate the Magnitude of the Electric Force. Ans - 22.475 N 11. Friction Force Friction = (coefficient of friction) *(normal force) Ff = μη Q. Assume a large block of ice is being pulled across a frozen lake. Furthermore, the mass of the block of ice is 250 kg. Also, the coefficient of friction between the two surfaces is small μk = 0.05. So, find the force of friction that acts on the block of ice? Ans - 122.5 N 12. Wave Speed Speed of the wave = wavelength * frequency v=νλ Q. What is the speed of a wave that has a wavelength of 0.5 m and a frequency of 600 Hz? Ans - 300 m/s 13. Linear momentum Linear momentum = mass * velocity P = m * v Q. Determine the linear momentum of a moving body whose mass is 10 kg and speed is 30ms^−1 Ans - 300 kgms^−1 14. Force Force = mass * acceleration F = ma Q. A constant force acting on a body of mass 3.0 kg changes its speed from 2.0 m/s to 3.5m/s in 25 s. The direction of the motion of the body does not changes. What is the magnitude and what is the direction of the force? Ans - F = 0.18 N. Since the application of the force does not change the direction of the body, the net force acting on the body goes in the direction of its motion. 15. Work Done Work (W) = force (F) * Displacement (d) Q. Compute the work done if 10 N of force acts on the body showing the displacement of 2m in the direction of the force. Ans - 20 joules. ‍ Secure Your Child’s Future: Enroll Today! Explore Our Campus and Get a Head Start ‍ Conclusion Physics is a branch of natural science that focuses on the study of matter, including its fundamental components, motion, and behaviour in both space and time, as well as the associated concepts of energy and force. By reading this blog, you can well understand the importance of physics in our day-to-day life. Bailouts don’t work bcz the people that caused the problems don’t suffer any consequences. They don’t learn and change. Bankers won’t change unless they have to pay the price and they witness their colleagues leaping from windows. I remember selling bank-owned homes in 2010 and it was tough the banks were literally giving the homes away and buyers still negotiated closing costs and lower sales prices. Buyers didn't have the income and we didn't have inflation. Back then a buyer with a 20% down payment was a strong buyer seems like everyone is forgetting what was supposed to happen in 2019. If California unemployment continues to rise like it did in 2008 things can be very interesting.

The government currently lacks concrete strategies to address inflation. Inflationary pressures are impacting various sectors, including stocks, housing, and commodities, causing their prices to rise. It is not advisable to keep your money idle and wait for a market crash. Instead, it is prudent to put your money to work by starting with cautious investments and gradually increasing your pace as prices decline further. Withdrawing a significant amount of money, exceeding $500K, from my account at this time presents a challenging decision.

Victor Gruen was the first to envision the mall, and he envisioned it as a town centre where offices, medical, schools, government buildings and services, and dense housing were all within walking distance despite parking lots. If you add all these things or even one or two of them (housing or offices are key) a struggling mall can recover. Vacant malls might be more difficult.

( a construction worker, roofer shows up at everyday for the same employer HE'S AN EMPLOYEE !!...although I guess he can write off his hammer. tell your foreman you have to leave and finish up another roofing job and you will be back tomorrow..if your a legit 1099 that's what you would be able to do . Back in 1997 the commercial buildings had tenants but the tenants were always trying to get cheaper office space. This wasTexas. The Crescent was a place where everyone wanted to be because of the neighbors. But, the Hunts owned the Crescent so the payments were not oppressive like with a commercial building that has a mortgage. So, with commercial buildings with leverage and no or 50% occupancy and a need to refinance at today's interest rates the situation could lead to many defaults.

I have never been unemployed because of a recession. I worked at a movie theater and a grocery store in 2008. Now I work in the healthcare sector only because of being a housekeeper at a decent size level two trauma hospital Washington state. Is this consider part of the service sector or healthcare or both. I doubt even in a downturn this job will not go out of business. When three out of every five patients is a senior and on medicare and possible medicaid if they are poor enough. I also work part time washing dishes at a retirement/assisted living facility. I also work in home care on call and another assisted living facility on call as a caregiver. yes there are low paying jobs. Pay between $17.50 to $21. In my six years at the hospital I have 100+ people not stay in housekeeping there. They leave, retire or change department leaving multiple openings. Do you think the younger generations are lazy when it comes to wanted to work or just fusterated with wages and cost of living? I read comments after many videos where the young refuse to work two low wage jobs and still be broke but complain about emigrants taking jobs at these rates of pay. The biggest fear I have if politicians reduce funding for medicare, medicaid and social security to get the debt under control. I bad as this sounds I would reduce foreign aid to Ukraine and Israel and to see what happens in the wars. I think sadly Ukraine is not going to win outright against Russia because they have more troops however the are now resorting using golf carts and and normal trucks for military entering Ukraine.

Deficit spending happens because of a recession, both as social safety nets go up, and revenues down, plus the fiscal spending is to help further get out of a recession. The problem is countries are hugely deficit spending to avoid a recession, which is somewhat working, and trying to help retain power in upcoming elections. The problem is you can't do it forever, but people don't get it, and will vote the current administration if they think the economy is strong. I am not sure people are going to be fooled, we will find out come November for the US.
