All the land is owned by people who live a thousand miles away from where I live in southwest minnesota. Why do we need tax dollars to prop up their investments? If it takes more than thirteen years of production to pay for an acre of land you paid too much for it.

They need to stop raising cattle price some of us are wanting to start a cattle farm and can't even start because cows are Soo expensive this is ridiculous how? I have been waiting 3 years to get one cow ONE how can we start how? Geez all of you ranchers have all the cattle in the world and for some of us that are trying to start we can't even get one. That's pretty sad

The next 2 years aren't scarry at all under Trump. Trump supports ag a Lot! He makes really good decisions based on what has worked best in the past.

I have coffee once a week with my republican friends and they all say the same thing, they want to get rid of Farm subsidies and social security! In that order.

Same they tend to say when can farmers self sustain which is truly alarming for the future of agriculture
