U.S. indictment: Adani’s legal storm explained

This is a slap on the face of Indian institutions that should have done impartial enquiries and timely published the reports and held Adani accountable. But with Indian government in his pocket, he is making mockery of everything. Unfortunately for him, this doesn’t seem to work in USA, or at least for him it didn’t work out there. The only really way to make Indian businessmen pay for corruption and malpractices, who are in cohoots with current ruling party, is to go to US and European courts. Because here in India, no one can touch them.

Case has only started and people are already giving judgements. At least wait for conviction. Setting aside whether Adani is a fraud or not, it's not good to immediately assume that if it's happening in USA and Europe it is somehow more impartial than what happens in India. I mean USA courts gave the judgement that tobacco doesn't cause cancer because they took bribe from tobacco company. So these courts can also be bought by companies just as much as Indian courts.

The US keeps targeting Indian conglomerates and Adna Group has created ample employment in India. He is giving a new face to Indian companies just like Ratan Tata and other leaders. In addition, after targeting Adani Group, the whole stock market crashed, so somewhere he is ruling the Indian market. Adani Power gives Electricity, Adani Ports provides shipping services and many more. After the Hindenburg report, all the Adani Group shares skyrocketed and even Elo Musk has involvement in wrongdoing but who will raise fingers on the US businessmen? The US has involvement in everything, but they never see their own face what's happening in their own country.
