For the first time, the U.S. Marine Corps fired the new joint air-to-ground missile in the Pacific. It's the weapon replacing the infamous Hellfire missile.

How did we fall so far behind in the Offensive and defensive missile platforms The future is not in huge vast armies it's in precision and guidance And overwhelming drones
@dianapennepacker68542 ай бұрын
It is a combination. Yet numbers matter. You're crazy to think otherwise. We need more of the standard ground military things like artillery shells, rounds, and missiles. A second note. One reason why drones are dominating Ukraine right now on both sides is due to the fact Russia and Ukraine don't know how to create air dominance over any part of the battle field. They simply don't have the training nor fifth gen aircraft for SEAD. So they don't fight like a NATO military would. They are focused on primarily artillery in doctrine, and it shows.

I hope we may derive decision on this. I hope it's better than the one we had before. And I hope it's better than everyone else's cause. We're going to need something like that. We're going to be fighting not too long from now.

@cobrazz3688 I don't understand the irrational fear of EMP. EMP on a large scale can only be produced by nuclear weapons. The chances of a nuclear weapon even being used in any capacity is extremely slim, no matter how much posturing or threatening a country does. Everything you think you know about EMP stems from sensationalized medie like movies. EMP in general does not have the capability to break electronics, especially in a military sense as basically every essential electronic compenent is shielded, hardened, properly grounded, or otherwise meets MIL-STD-188-125. Your fear of EMP is based on misinformation rather than actual fact or threat.
