Law enforcement from across North Texas met with the deputy director in Grand Prairie for a roundtable discussion about the overall reduction in crime across DFW and how it can serve as a model for other parts of the country.

Two points I want to make: 1) Supressing the common denominator does not help towards resolving the problem. Hint: Just like the problems with the hood, their absence besides the 1 or 2 people there at this press conference is glaring. 2) My firearm is not violent. Neither am I.

The people that live in the hood need to fix the hood. It starts with teaching children that they are not special, not owed, and life is a struggle no matter what flavor you are. I am sick of people in OakCliff and Fair Park going silent when a crime happens, just to protect someone.

Proactive law enforcement is unconstitional, it infringes on the rights of normal citizens to move freely without harassment from govt agents. TX is a free state and doesn't need "proactive policing."
