Could you please tell me what this guy's job is, besides wasting taxpayers' money? A one-time recorded speech would do the same job. 1. I don't want to discuss that matter. 2. We do have instruments but I won't discuss if we use them or if there are any results! 3. We discussed it with our partners but I won't tell you if our attitude was positive or negative and if our partners even cared. 4. We are evaluating and evaluating and evaluating but please don't bother to ask how long we will be evaluating and if we are interested in any results. Job done! And a recording may cost only a few Dollars instead of the paycheck for this guy!
